Job Description
We are currently looking for a carpenter to join our team. You will be meeting with clients and customers on a daily basis so good spoken English is required. We do rely on various apps to communicate throughout the day and to provide relevant job information so a smartphone and being comfortable to use it would be ideal, including filling in a job report.
Duties will include all general carpentry work such as installing wood flooring, hanging doors, repairing/replacing sash windows and kitchen installs. Some training can be provided but industry experience will be required.
Successful candidates will be carrying out unsupervised work, in residential and commercial premises.
*Please note, this position is demanding and fast-paced which requires applicants to use own their initiative and be good at problem-solving while maintaining professionalism and a great eye for detail.
Probation Period:
1-week trial then 3 months’ probation
Salary:
£35k - £42k PA (full time employed)
Or
£160 - £220 a day (self employed)
*To be discussed at interview depending on experience

- Self-driven and have a good eye for detail
