Food & Beverage Assistant
Job Description:
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team at Cardrona Hotel Golf & Spa in Peebles. This position is responsible for assisting customers in our food and beverage department, providing information about our menu items, and taking orders.
Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and answer questions
- Stock inventory and place orders for food and beverage items
- Maintain product quality by checking product for defects, bruises, or other signs of deterioration
- Work with management to ensure that customers receive the best service and pay the highest quality product possible
- Comply with all safety and security regulations in the work area, including keeping the store clean and safe at all times
- Communicate any issues or concerns to management immediately when required
- Assist with any other tasks as needed by management
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance while performing your duties
- Assist with training of new employees and customers in the food and beverage department
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £10.50 per hour
