Responsibilities:
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Visit properties to perform a variety of house cleaning duties in a timely and professional manner
- Review cleaning specifications for each property
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Make adjustments and minor repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Refill soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers, and other supplies as needed
- Notify management of any damages or repairs needed
We are looking for someone who:
- Proven working experience as a Cleaner (preferably Aribnbs)
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Integrity and trustworthy
- Driving Skill is a plus
