Department: Operations & Customer Experience – Accommodation and Ground Transport
Responsible to: Head of Operations
Location: UK Head Office (Gloucester) with the option of hybrid working (2-3 days in the office with the rest worked remotely

We have a great opportunity to join our accommodation and ground transport team as an Administrator who will help with the smooth operation of procuring and managing accommodation requirements, transport services and meeting spaces.
Working with our suppliers as a key part of our team, you will help us ensure we deliver exceptional service for our clients during their trips around the globe.
What we are looking for:
- An enthusiastic individual with a good level of administration and numerical skills with great attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- You need to be able to demonstrate an understanding of the importance of time management in order to organise and prioritise your work.
- A good communicator with the ability to build great relationships with your colleagues.
- Good with words and numbers in equal measures.
- A flexible approach to work and happy to work weekends and evenings, where required.
- A great team player, willing to ‘help out’ in other areas that will only grow your experience and opportunities.
What you’ll be getting involved with:
- Working closely with the Accommodation and Ground Transport Coordinators to undertake the administration associated with procuring and managing accommodation, meeting room and transportation services.
- Helping out with supplier and internal department communication.
- Answering incoming calls into the department and assisting with queries from internal departments and suppliers.
- Researching venues and destinations to contribute to product development.
- Getting to grips with our internal booking systems to administer and process new bookings.
- Assisting with the production and presentation of service reports and databases.
